The?TESOL?program?at?the?College?of?Education,?Wenzhou-Kean?University,?serves?as?an?excellent?platform?for?lifelong?learning.?Here,?the?mentors'?advanced?teaching?philosophies?and?effective?teaching?methods?have?prompted?me?to?reflect?intensely?on?and?actively?embrace?the?mission?and?responsibilities?of?a?frontline?educator.?The?mentors'?dedication?and?craftsmanship?have?expanded?my?perspective?as?an?educator,?inspiring?me?to?refine?my?teaching?skills?and?fulfill?my?professional?role.?They?have?also?instilled?in?me?a?sincere?commitment?to?education?beyond?the?classroom,?encouraging?me?to?contribute?to?the?broader?world?of?learning.

The?professors?at?Wenzhou-Kean?TESOL,?with?their?cutting-edge?teaching?philosophies?and?efficient?teaching?methods,?have?helped?me?continuously?reflect?on?my?teaching?practices?and?strive?for?improvement.?During?my?first?year?of?study,?the?summer?experience?in?the?PIEP?(Practicum?in?English?Education?Program)?profoundly?impacted?me.?It?provided?me?with?a?deeper?understanding?of?the?role?of?teachers?in?the?classroom?and?allowed?me?to?experience?how?to?truly?create?a?student-centered?learning?environment.?This?experience?has?dramatically?inspired?my?future?teaching?endeavors.

Throughout?my?time?at?Wenzhou-Kean,?I?actively?participated?in?educational?volunteer?activities?organized?by?the?university.?With?sincerity?and?dedication,?we?entered?local?schools?and?communities,?embodying?the?mission?of?educators.?Through?this?process,?I?experienced?personal?growth?and?gained?strength,?as?it?gave?me?the?courage?to?self-reflect?and?instilled?a?sense?of?social?responsibility.?I?am?deeply?grateful?for?this?extraordinary?learning?journey?at?Wenzhou-Kean,?which?ignited?my?passion?for?teaching?and?gave?me?the?courage?to?overcome?challenges.?In?my?subsequent?teaching?career,?I?always?carry?the?lessons?learned?at?the?College?of?Education?at?Wenzhou-Kean?University.?I?focus?on?understanding?the?diverse?educational?backgrounds?of?students,?valuing?them?as?active?learners,?and?creating?a?classroom?environment?that?promotes?authentic?learning.?This?pursuit?aims?to?foster?an?efficient?learning?atmosphere?and?a?harmonious?teacher-student?relationship.
